A North Korean fishing boat collided on Monday with a Japanese patrol ship in the East Sea.<br /> According to NHK,... all 60 people on board were rescued, after the collision happened at around 9:10 A.M. local time. <br />Japanese authorities say the North Koreans were fishing illegally in what Tokyo claims as its exclusive economic zone,... and the accident happened as maritime police were chasing the boat away.<br />The rescued crew members were taken to another North Korean ship that was near the collision site. <br />
