<br />South Korea and Russia are pushing to set up a military hotline between their air forces to prevent accidental entry into each other's air defense identification zones.<br />In its report to the parliamentary audit held on Tuesday, South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff said the two countries have scheduled a joint defense committee meeting for October 22nd... to discuss the signing of a memorandum of understanding on creating of the hotline.<br />The Joint Chiefs also said it's considering a hotline between the air forces of South Korea and China.<br />Chinese aircraft have entered Korea's air defense identification zone 25 times this year... while Russian planes have entered it 13 times.<br />
