Man ties bin bags around legs as he wades through London floodwater

A man is seen resorting to tying bin bags around his legs to avoid floodwater in London's Finsbury Park this morning (October 8).<br /><br />Browns Wood Road was deluged after a burst pipe left the roads inaccessible by car.
