The Nobel Prize in Physics has been jointly awarded to three scientists... for their discoveries in the evolution of our universe. <br />Canadian-American scientist James Peebles was honored for developing the theoretical framework... that explains the history of the universe of how it swirled into galaxies.<br />Swiss duo Michel Mayor and Didier Queloz, were also awarded the prize... for the discovery of the first planet outside our solar system, orbiting a star similar to our Sun. <br />
