BJP candidate from Adampur and TikTok star Sonali Phogat clarified and apologised for her statement where she branded people ‘Pakistani’ for not chanting ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’.<br /><br />“I want to apologise to the people who got hurt with my statement, however, I was just trying to tell my younger brothers that we should always say ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ to show respect to our nation”, said Sonali Phogat. <br /><br />Tik Tok star Sonali at a rally asked a group of people if they were from Pakistan when they denied chanting ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’.
