Extinction Rebellion protesters clashed with police on Wednesday afternoon (October 9) as police officers seized their tents at Trafalgar Square in central London.<br /><br />Protesters chanted "shame on you" and "we're not violent, how about you?" at police officers and sat in roads and on the pavement in an attempt to block their removal.
