Yahya Abdul-Mateen II <br />Joins 'Matrix 4' Cast .<br />According to 'Variety,' the 'Aquaman' star has nabbed a lead role in the film.<br />He joins returning <br />lead actors Keanu Reeves <br />and Carrie-Anne Moss.<br />Reeves and Moss will reprise their <br />roles as Neo and Trinity from <br />the previous movies.<br />Lana Wachowski, who co-directed <br />the franchise's first three films, <br />is on board to helm the fourth.<br />Details about the movie's plot <br />and who Abdul-Mateen II will be <br />playing have not yet been revealed.<br />'Matrix 4' filming is scheduled <br />to begin early next year.<br />Abdul-Mateen II can also be seen in the upcoming HBO series, 'Watchmen.'
