Simone Biles Becomes the Most<br />Decorated Female Gymnast Ever On Oct. 8, Simone Biles competed<br />at the 2019 Gymnastics World<br />Championships in Germany<br />and won her 21st medal. At age 22, Biles is officially the most<br />decorated female gymnast of all time. Simone Biles, via <br />‘The New York Times’ Biles was previously tied with Russian<br />gymnast Svetlana Khorkina for the record of<br />most overall medals at the world championships. She is now only two medals short of male gymnast<br />Vitaly Scherbo, who holds the record for both<br />men and women at the world championships. Biles is scheduled to appear <br />in the All-Around Final on Oct. 10,<br />which features the top 24 gymnasts.
