Recycled trash in the community of Antofagasta, Chile, was converted into a library. <br /> <br />The video shows the library full of books on Wednesday (October 9) for students and the community to read. <br /><br />"In this video, you see the second library made out of recycled trash in a location that was full of trash three years ago", the creator said in Spanish.
