Cuepacs is urging the government to build a health clinic at the Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine (CIQ) Complex at Sultan Iskandar Building (BSI) and Sultan Abu Bakar Complex (KSAB).<br /><br />According to its president Datuk Azih Muda, officers on duty were suffering from breathing problems due to the poor ventilation systems.
