Drew Barrymore to Host <br />Syndicated Daytime Talk Show.<br />The program will premiere on CBS <br />sometime in the fall next year.<br />It is beyond my wildest dreams to have this opportunity for a daily talk show. I'm truly thrilled and honored to be creating this show with CBS, Drew Barrymore, via statement.<br />We are very excited to be in business with Drew Barrymore and have our stations serve as the launch group for a show that is the brightest prospect I have seen in many years, CBS TV Stations president Peter Dunn, <br />via statement.<br />The actress' new venture comes months after her series, 'Santa Clarita Diet,' was canceled by Netflix after three seasons.<br />In 2016, Barrymore was also in negotiations for a talk show<br />with Warner Bros., but a deal <br />failed to materialize.<br />This past August, 'Entertainment Tonight' reported that the 44-year-old had <br />filmed a talk show pilot for CBS.<br />Her upcoming program is expected to be aired in major CBS markets, including New York and Los Angeles
