Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng was interrupted by the opposition MPs less than five minutes into his speech in the Dewan Rakyat today.<br /><br />The opposition MPs were upset as Lim had accused the previous government of abuses.<br /><br />Guan Eng is tabling the Pakatan Harapan government's second budget in the Dewan Rakyat since the coalition came to power.<br />
