Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng has announced that Plus highway users can expect to pay an average of 18 percent less for tolls starting next year.<br /><br />"The cabinet is mulling all proposals (to abolish tolls) including Khazanah Nasional's plan to take over or divest all shares in Plus Malaysia Berhad.<br /><br />"In line with the Pakatan Harapan manifesto, the people can enjoy an average discount of 18 percent at all Plus owned highways," he said during the tabling of Budget 2020 today.
