Typhoon Hagibis, which is expected to be the most powerful typhoon to hit Tokyo in decades, is also expected to impact Korea.<br />Weather authorities say strong winds and high waves are expected in the southern and eastern coastal regions including Jeju Island over the weekend.<br />The season's 19th typhoon is currently over waters south of Japan and is projected to make landfall in Tokyo early on Sunday morning.<br />Residents in coastal areas are advised to take precaution as the storm is expected to pack winds of over 100 kilometers per hour.<br />
