And responding to news of Prime Minister Lee's trip to Japan, South Korea's presidential office says only a complete reversal of Japan's trade curbs would resolve the issue.<br />An official at the top office told reporters it's still too soon to say whether the trip might restore trade between the two countries.<br />The official, however did say that the Prime Minister's trip is meaningful in that it could upgrade and widen the level of discussions between the two sides.<br />The South Korean PM will be the highest ranking official to go to Japan since the trade curbs were imposed three months ago. <br />
