A 72-hour strike by South Korean railway workers that started last Friday will end at 9 AM, Korea time,.... in less than two hours from now.<br />The Korea Railway Corporation's labor union staged the strike to demand higher pay and better working conditions after their negotiations with KORAIL collapsed in August.<br />During the strike, out of some 2-thousand 3-hundred trains, only around 60 to 80 percent of them were operating.<br />KORAIL said once the strike is over, it will be back to almost full capacity in terms of rail services.<br />However, as the railway workers' demands have yet to be settled, the labor union is warning of another strike in November.<br />They say the next walkout will continue until a deal is reached with KORAIL.<br />
