A man was seen on a swing in a park in Tokyo, Japan on Saturday morning (October 12) despite an evacuation warning issued ahead of Typhoon Hagibis.<br /><br />The storm was the worst to hit the country in decades, leaving at least 37 dead and 20 missing. <br /><br />The typhoon slammed into eight prefectures across Japan, with wind speeds of up to 225km/h (140mph), which damaged buildings, trees and cars while also causing mass flooding.
