A homeowner in Sussex Inlet, Australia fed a kangaroo and its joey, who were waiting in his garden, a tray full of bird seed.<br /><br />The filmer spots the hungry kangaroo peering in through the house's glass backdoor before he goes out into the garden and places the food further away from the house.<br /><br />They told Newsflare: "[My] first reaction [was] 'OMG how cute is that? She's lined up at the drive-in window waiting for takeaways'. [My] second reaction [was] 'I'm so glad there's another door onto the deck, I'm not walking out this one'.<br /><br />"I don't feed the kangaroos. They just help themselves to leftover bird seed. There are no cats around here so you don't need raised feeders and water sources for the birds.<br /><br />"That wasn't the first time she was on the deck. I walked out without turning on the light a couple of nights before and nearly walked into her. That was scary."
