A mother dog with five puppies also adopted a pair of orphan lambs in south India. <br /><br />The adorable adoption took place in Dindugal district of Tamil Nadu on October 1, and began with human couple Sakthivel and Dhanam who kept a goat and a dog. <br /><br />The goat gave birth to a pair of lambs however the mother died due to sudden illness, while around the same time a dog named Vellai Raja gave birth to five puppies. <br /><br />The dog was nursing its puppies and seeing the orphaned lamps came over to feed them as well.
