South Korean firm LG Display has completely localized the liquid hydrogen fluoride used in its OLED and LCD panels.<br />According to industry sources on Monday,... the display maker has reportedly substituted all the hydrogen fluoride brought from Japan with material produced in Korea.<br />The company started using local materials last month.<br />Korean firms have reportedly been trying to localize materials or find alternative suppliers since Japan placed restrictions on the supply of three high-tech materials used in chips and displays to Seoul in July.<br />
