Thousands of Hong Kong protesters waving the US flag gathered at Chater Garden on Monday (October 14). <br /><br />The rally was called in support of the proposed US legislation the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act. <br /><br />The rally was the first one to be approved by the police since a mask ban took effect on October 5.
