According to TMZ, multiple claims of violence have been made <br />against the 'Avengers' star. In the filings, Pacheco says that Renner threatened to kill her. She also alleges that he fired a gun when Ava was nearby. Pacheco adds that Renner <br />left drugs in areas where <br />their daughter could reach. A lawyer representing the 48-year-old Renner has called <br />the claims "one-sided." Documents add that Pacheco is seeking sole and physical custody of their daughter. When he is with Ava, her demands <br />include Renner be under <br /> monitored visitation. Pacheco and Renner are scheduled <br />to have a court hearing <br />early next month.
