Defence Minister Mohamad Sabu, or Mat Sabu says the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma) should be amended and not repealed.<br /><br />He revealed on Tuesday that the Home Ministry is having talks to improve the law that allows detention up to 28 days without trial.
