A new study suggests caffeine intake may increase the risk of miscarriage.<br />According to researchers at the U.S. National Institutes of Health, ...women looking to conceive and in early pregnancy should eliminate caffeine from their diet …as there is a slightly higher risk of miscarriage among those who drink two or more caffeinated drinks a day.<br />The researchers are due to present their findings this week at the congress of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.<br />The medical community has long been split on whether caffeine is harmful in small doses.<br />Longstanding advice has been to restrict caffeine intake to less than 200 milligrams a day.<br />
