South Korea's National Assembly Speaker Moon Hee-sang has called on Russia to persuade North Korea to take the path of denuclearization.<br />Moon was speaking Monday to the Chairperson of the Russian Senate, Valentina Matviyenko... on the sidelines of the International Parliamentarians Union in Serbia.<br />Moon asked that when she meets with a North Korean parliamentary delegation next week... that she stress that denuclearization will be a win for everybody.<br />The North Korean legislators are going to Russia at Matviyenko's invitation.<br />Moon also urged Russia to play an active role in the denuclearization process stressing the importance of cooperation between Moscow, Seoul and Pyeongyang in areas such as railways and gas.<br />Matviyenko vowed to do her part to boost trilateral cooperation,... as well as to propose inter-Korean parliamentary exchanges.<br />
