After filing for bankruptcy last month, the cash-strapped teen-fashion retailer Forever 21 is restructuring by moving into ecommerce and laying off hundreds of workers<br />A company representative says Forever 21 will cease its entire distribution operation and its ecommerce operation will be moved out of LA.<br />The 1,170 employees to be fired account for 18 percent of the company's full-time workers.<br />The American fashion retailer plans to close around 350 stores around the world.<br />
