This just coming in....<br />The Bank of Korea has cut its benchmark interest rate by 25 basis points to one-point-25 percent.<br />The all-time low interest rate comes after the BOK had kept its rate unchanged in August.<br />We'll have more details during our next newscast at noon, Korea time.<br /><br />
