South Korea and Japan will hold working-level diplomatic talks in Seoul this afternoon.<br />South Korea's director-general for Asian and Pacific affairs, Kim Jung-han , will meet his Japanese counterpart Shigeki Takizaki at Seoul's foreign ministry.<br />They will discuss Tokyo's export curbs and Seoul's subsequent decision to terminate a military intel-sharing pact.<br />The meeting comes a week before South Korean Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon's scheduled visit to Japan to attend Emperor Naruhito's coronation ceremony.<br />The two officials last met in Tokyo a month ago.<br />
