What was their thinking and what does this mean?<br />This rate cut would seem to have had some effect on the markets. The KOSPI up today. What's happening in global stocks, and what's your outlook?<br />Now, we've got employment numbers out today. Again, the newly employed up more than 300-thousand. The unemployment rate fell to a six-year low of 3-point-1 percent. On the surface, it would seem things are getting better, but what do you think?<br />Alright, Dr. Yang.
