Port Dickson MP Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim claimed that Malaysia’s progress had stagnated over the last 10 years while other countries, like Vietnam, are growing at a faster pace.<br /><br />To overcome this, Anwar said the people must change their mindset in order to progress and succeed in the digital era.<br /><br />The PKR president said this when delivering his keynote address at the Human Capital Best Practices Conference on Wednesday.
