There must be proper definition of the word "recognition" with regard to the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC), says MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.<br /><br />Wee, who is Ayer Hitam MP, advised caution amid claims by several state governments that they had recognised the UEC. <br /><br />He was met by the press after attending a PPDUEC dialogue session with lawmakers in Parliament on Wednesday.
