Firefighters rescued an elderly man trapped in a wetland area in northern China's Qinhuangdao on October 15.<br /><br />The video shows an old man getting trapped in the thick mud with only his shoulders and head above it. <br /><br />Firemen tried to bring the elderly man back to safety by pulling a rope attached to his body together. <br /><br />After ten minutes, the old man was pulled back to shore.<br /><br />According to reports, the 76-year-old man was catching fish in the river but got trapped in the mud. <br /><br />He was reportedly stuck in the wetland for around two hours. Fortunately, he was alright.
