A severe thunderstorm strikes San Antonio, Texas, on Tuesday (October 15). <br /><br />Thunder and lighting are still moving across the San Antonio area. <br /><br />"A shingle flies off our roof, tree branches run into the back of my brothers truck...crazy wind speeds and rain make for a crazy scene", the filmer said. <br /><br />According to the National Weather Service, heavy rainfall is moving south of the city across Jourdanton into Floresville in Texas.
