Aside from a president's salary, <br />the domestic emoluments clause of the <br />Constitution states that the president shall <br />not receive "other Emolument from the United States." According to Mulvaney, <br />about a dozen other locations <br />were considered for the summit. The Acting White House Chief of Staff <br />claimed that holding the G-7 at <br />Trump's resort would benefit the <br />government with "roughly 50% savings."
