It seems that the news of the death report of declared foreigner Dulal Paul in Gauhati Medical College Hospital (GMCH) is triggering sensation in every part of the state. <br /><br />On Thursday evening, Hindu Bengali Sangathan, Lumding Samiti staged a candle light march and has appealed before the Government of India to provide justice to deceased Dulal Paul by declaring him an Indian national. <br /><br />Notably, Assam government had ordered a magisterial probe into the death of Dulal Bora. <br /><br />Furthermore, the agitated family members of the deceased had refused to accept the body till he is declared an Indian National.<br /><br />Dulal Paul was declared a Bangladeshi by a Foreigners' Tribunal in 2017 and lodged at the Tezpur Jail-cum Detention Centre.<br /><br />
