At least 15 people were killed Saturday in Russia when a dam collapsed at a remote Siberian gold mine.<br />Russian authorities say heavy rain caused the dam on the River Seiba to burst and flooded two dormitories housing the gold mine's workers.<br />According to local media reports, seven people are unaccounted for and 16 people have been injured.<br />President Vladimir Putin has ordered the authorities to help those affected and identify the cause of the disaster. <br />
