U.S. President Donald Trump has ordered his administration to withhold funding for North Korea because of the regime's practice of human trafficking.<br />The White House has released a memo from President Trump to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo... directing him not provide any assistance to North Korea next year that is not humanitarian or trade-related.<br />Plus, he ordered America's representatives at multilateral banks and the IMF to block loans or funds to 13 countries including North Korea, China and Russia.<br />The U.S. has named North Korea as worst human trafficking nation for the 17th year in June, placing the regime among the lowest Tier 3 with China and Iran. <br />
