Despite the continued improvement in the employment index of women in South Korea over the past decade,... studies show there's still a wide gap between the level of women's economic participation and employment rate in South Korea compared to other advanced countries.<br />This is according to the Korea Economic Research Institute, which conducted a study on the six women employment indexes of seven countries with populations above 50 million and a per capita income over 30-thousand U.S. dollars.<br />
