Police were filmed firing an object towards protesters late Saturday night (October 19).<br /><br />The video also shows fire on the streets and shattered windows after the riots in Santiago.<br /><br />Chilean president Sebastián Piñera announced on Saturday that he would reverse public transport fare hikes which had caused widespread protests in the country.
