High levels of fine dust have appeared for the first time in 3 months.<br />For more details, let's turn to our Michelle Park at the weather center, Michelle?<br />We started the week with hazy skies due to the high concentration of fine dust.<br />The air quality has recovered as of the late afternoon, but more smog is expected to appear later tonight.<br />The fine dust is forecast to be at bad levels again tomorrow,... especially here in the capital and the western parts of the country.<br />The weather itself will be favorable with just a few clouds providing some shade from the sun,... and daytime highs on the warm side,... going above the seasonal average tomorrow.<br />Speaking of temperatures,... there is about a 10-degree difference between lows and highs,... so dress accordingly.<br />Seoul starts the day at 13, Daegu 12, Busan 15 and Jeju at 17 degrees Celsius.<br />The country will be under mild readings again tomorrow,... highs rising to the low to mid-twenties.<br />Other than Gangwon-do and the southern provinces, the nation will be rain-free this week.<br />As of this weekend, the mercury will plunge further,... and we will start feeling the chilly autumn weather.<br />I'll leave you with the weather conditions around the world.<br />
