President Moon Jae-in will give a speech tomorrow at the National Assembly on next year's budget,... the fourth speech of its kind he's given since taking office in 2017.<br />Addressing lawmakers, the president is set to call for bipartisan support in reviewing and confirming next year's budget of 5-hundred-13-point-5 trillion won... or about 440 billion U.S. dollars.<br />He will speak about ways to breathe life into the Korean economy next year and explain the direction of the government's expansionary fiscal policy.<br />
