An America tourist managed to capture the moment a man armed with a hammer scaled a statue of Queen Victoria at Kensington Palace and removed the sceptre.<br /><br />Filmed on Saturday (October 19), the man is seen removing the sceptre from the grasp of the statue before climbing down and walking through the surrounding pond.
