On November 14th, day of the annual Suneung , otherwise known as South Korea's College Scholastic Ability Test, public sector workers will start work an hour later at 10 AM.<br />In addition, more public transportation services will be laid on to ensure students arrive at their designated testing center by 8:10 AM.<br />At the weekly cabinet meeting, the Ministry of Education said Tuesday that measures are being taken to fully accommodate students taking this year's Suneung .<br />For 25 minutes from 1 PM, when the English listening test takes place, noise will be regulated to avoid disturbing students.<br />During that period, planes will be grounded and military drills prohibited.<br />
