An electric scooter lets out around 30 balls of fire while charging in southern China<br /><br />The dramatic CCTV video, shot in the city of Shantou last Sunday (October 20) evening, shows an electric scooter exploding when it was charging inside a residential building. <br /><br />The heavy smoke rose up from the scooter and covered the whole corridor. A tenant then put out the fire with a fire extinguisher and no casualties were reported.
