South Korea and Russia are holding a joint military committee meeting to discuss establishing a hotline to prevent accidental intrusions into each other's air defense identification zones.<br />During the talks today and tomorrow at Seoul's Joint Chiefs of Staff,... the two sides are expected to discuss signing a memorandum of understanding on forming the hotline.<br />The meeting comes just a day after six Russian military aircraft entered the Korean Air Defense Identification Zone four times without prior notice.<br />The South Korean Air Force responded by dispatching 10 fighter jets.<br />
