Kind-hearted passersby saved four people in a car from drowning in a river in eastern China.<br /><br />The video filmed in the city of Huai'an on October 18, shows a car suddenly reversing into a river after the driver pressed the accelerator instead of the brake by mistake.<br /><br />Then three adults with one carrying a child climbed onto the roof of their car as it slowly sunk into the river.<br /><br />Around six nearby people jumped into the river to rescue the trapped adults and child immediately. <br /><br />Finally, four people were all brought back to the shore and none of them was in a life-threatening condition.
