Korea's Supreme Court has ruled that as long as two married parents agree on the procedure in advance, children born using sperm donors are considered the children of both of them.<br />The court on Wednesday dismissed an appeal brought by a man asking to confirm that a child born to his wife using a sperm donor is not his.<br />The court said that if he had previously agreed to have a child through artificial insemination using another person's sperm,... he cannot change his mind after the child is born.<br />
