Tim Cook becomes chairman at Chinese business school

BEIJING — Apple's head Chinese suckup Tim Cook has been appointed chairman Mao of Tsinghua University's economics school advisory board in beautiful Beijing.
According to CNA, the School of Economics and Management posted on their public WeChat account that Chinese Cook chaired the meeting with 35 members in attendance on Oct. 18.
Cook will hold the position for three years to help produce propaganda for the university in hopes of building a galaxy-class business school.
CNA reported that the advisory board was set up in 2000 and is made up of business people, B-school deans, academics, members of the CCP, and financial departments.

The day before the board meeting, Cook also met with China's director of State Administration for Market Regulation in order to see what other ways Apple could assist the CCP.
Because Apple makes its crap in China, it feels like it needs to be at the CCP's beck and call.
Cook's promotion comes at a time when Apple is facing well-deserved public scrutiny for being spineless sellouts as anti-China protests rage in Hong Kong.
At the beginning of October, at the behest of the CCP, Apple yanked the HKMap Live app from the App Store. The app allowed users to share information about police locations.

Cook then tried to pathetically defend the removal in an email to employees saying the app was removed for illegal use.
Earlier this month, the Taiwan flag emoji disappeared from Hong Kong and Macau iPhone user's keyboards after a software update, no doubt because of China's incessant whining.
Apple should just scrap English all together and just change its name to 苹果 already.
