In a rare display of cooperation, Russia on Wednesday landed the world's biggest military aircraft...Tu-160 Blackjack Bombers in South Africa.<br />The two planes flew more than ten-thousand kilometers non-stop for over 13 hours except when pilots had to refuel in the sky mid-journey.<br />Invented between the 70s and 80s, the Tu-160 Blackjack is a supersonic strategic bomber.<br />Describing the visit to South Africa as a sign of their "strategic partnership," Russia's Defense Ministry said Moscow will use the planes in joint military exercises with South Africa.<br />This came as Russian President Vladimir Putin hosted dozens of African leaders on Wednesday at the first-ever Russia-Africa summit.<br />
