Starting next Monday, China will start testing journalists on how well they understand so-called 'Xi Jinping Thought' -- the de facto state ideology.<br />Announced last month, the test will use an app designed by the government to teach the Chinese leader's political philosophy to the public.<br />To pass, reporters will have to get at least 80 out of 100 questions correct.<br />Those who fail will not be issued a press pass, effectively ending their career as a journalist.<br />
